LIVING WITH GRATITUDE (ACE)
This course is a very inspirational & uplifting course. The different authors have demonstrated the power of gratitude in their own lives. In this class you will learn:
Gratitude helps you feel good about yourself & brings joy into your life.
The true meaning of gratitude
What you can learn when you are grateful for lifeâ€™s challenges.
The more grateful you are the more good you draw into your life.
That gratitude brings happiness, health and success.
12.00 to 2.00pm
Tuesday February 19th for 8 weeks
$35 There is a separate payment for $18 for a book to be paid directly to the tutor on the first day
Movement and Dance (ACE) Class 1
(Limited to 12 students)
This class is particularly designed for students with a range of special needs & disabilities. With the use of bodies, voices and handmade percussion instruments, people are encouraged to move and dance freely to their heart's content! This is a fun, challenging and gentle class not to be missed!
(Limited to 12 students—NO CELLPHONES OR PICTURES TO BE TAKING DURING CLASSES!)
10.00am to 12noon
Tuesday October 23rd for 8 weeks
$20 for the term. Plus separate payment of $10 to tutor to cover the cost of dance & sound

Yoga for Beginners [ACE] Tutor Found!!!
Yoga is for everyone!
This class is designed for beginners with a focus on flexibility and relaxation. It brings an awareness of correct posture and breathing.
Bring to class:
A yoga mat if you have one or a foam bedroll
A large towel
A light blanket for relaxation
If possible avoid eating a large meal for 2 or 3 hours before class.
